Keep the TV turned off for the whole day. Make a list of all the things you love doing more than watching TV. Do at least one. (If you can keep this one up for longer than one day, you’ll notice your life improving at a rapid rate)

At some point this weekend watch the sun rise (5:00am) or set. (8:55pm). Get up early and watch the sky come alive. Or sit in a special place to watch the sun go down or the stars come out. Take a photograph, record the event and send it to us!

Feel the Pinch Day: Go without any money on Saturday or Sunday. You could make sure the car has petrol and take some food, but then see what you can get for nothing. Free entry to museums, music downloads, discarded newspapers, tasting samples…. Don’t spend a penny!

Operation get to work
Have started cycling, jogging and walking to work rather than driving and have discovered lots of great routes and a firmer bottom in the process.  Hove park and the sexy houses on The Droveway being the highlights of today’s new route. Calming sea views was yesterday’s.  Who knows what tomorrow will bring!
